Motorola V975 Review

 Motorola V975

The V975 is the most advanced 3G phones to be realsed. It supports full 3G video calls with a CIF camera mounted inside the clam shell for taking videos of the user. There's also a VGA camera on the outside for more traditional cameraphone applications. The external camera has 4x zoom and users can edit photos and video files they make with the camera.

Motorola is really pushing the multimedia capabilities of its latest handset by including a TransFlash card, supporting up to 256MB memory, a large 176x220 resolution TFT screen, audio and video capturing, and support for many popular file formats such as MPEG4, WMV, WMA, and MP3. The V975 is one of the few non-Microsoft OS based handsets we've seen supporting the WMV and WMA file formats. There's also a 4K color external screen which supports Picture Caller ID.

Full email, MMS, SMS and Instant Messaging support is included on the V975, allowing you to work on the road. The V975 also has some handy features like speakerphone functionality, SyncML,

We are finally starting to see 3G handsets become more useful for the average consumer. While the V975 may not be the best looking phone on the market, its specifications are solid and we feel users will really enjoy taking advantage of the new features this new generation of handsets can offer.
